Client Responsibilities

Elite Move Management is not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party movers, vendors, transportation providers, storage facilities, building conditions, weather, client-provided materials, pre-existing damage, improper packing by others, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Any concerns regarding lost or damaged items should be reported promptly.

Payments, Cancellations, and Scheduling
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, and scheduling details may vary by project and will be communicated directly to the client.

Elite Move Management reserves the right to reschedule, pause, or decline services due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, nonpayment, incomplete information, or circumstances outside of our control.
